This is an office-based role 5 days on-site in Nottingham.
A Fire and Security company undergoing considerable growth and investment are looking to add multiple Customer Service Administrator to their staff.
Purpose of Role – Customer Service Administrator
You will:
* Take inbound calls and action appropriately: call logging, raising orders, scheduling, raising complaints, answering enquiries etc.
* Liaising with Engineers regarding workloads, work not yet completed and assisting as required
* Ensure customer portals and email inboxes are monitored daily to provide same-day responses.
* Promote accurate record keeping of client interaction within the database amongst your team to improve overall communication and effective of delivery
Candidate requirements – Customer Service Administrator
The ideal candidate must come from a fast-paced contact or call centre environment in any industry with Customer Service experience. You will also have the following:
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.
* Excellent communication skills, able to build a rapport with customers.
* Listening skills – to understand exactly what customers require
* Be able to build strong working relationships. Internal/External.
* Have full Right to Work in the UK
