Position Overview:
As an Automotive Preparation Specialist, you will be a vital part of our team, working within a renowned automotive dealership located in Nottingham. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before they reach our customers.
In this role, you will report directly to the Workshop Controller, applying your technical expertise in a hands-on environment to address and resolve intricate automotive challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess a background as a Vehicle Preparation Specialist or Fast Fit Technician, holding at least a Level 2 IMI qualification.

Your Responsibilities as an Automotive Preparation Specialist:
- Execute scheduled preparation tasks on pre-owned vehicles
- Ensure that all vehicle preparation activities are conducted safely and to a high standard, adhering to both internal and manufacturer specifications
- Engage in continuous training and development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Provide mentorship and support to apprentice technicians when applicable
