The Performance Marketing department is embarking on an exciting growth journey, with a renewed global strategic direction for B2B marketing. We’re looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed paid marketer who will play a critical role in helping us achieve our ambitions and vision to become the universal symbol of trust.

Reporting to the Global Head of Paid Media and working closely with the regional and global marketing teams, as well as commercial stakeholders, the Global Paid Media Manager will implement and optimize Trustpilot’s marketing programs and paid campaigns to drive growth in the B2B space. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and execute all SEM, paid social, display and sponsored content campaigns across multiple regions and audiences
  • Support the launch of global/multi-market campaigns including planning, asset creation, implementation and performance analysis.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Incorporate market-specific input into global campaigns to ensure relevance and effectiveness across key markets.
  • Track and evaluate campaign/activity performance on an ongoing basis and suggest optimizations that improve results and scale successes.
  • Identify opportunities to implement test & learn strategies, report on results and share learnings/best practices with relevant marketing teams. 

Who you are:

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, paid social, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in building and maintaining dashboards in data and reporting platforms (Data Studio etc.)
  • Experience with using data to support your point of view, but when data isn’t available, you’re able to develop a hypothesis and test out a potential solution.
  • Experience developing forecasts and budgets
  • Confident in evaluating Paid Media KPIs and communicating performance back with the team & stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with a highly collaborative approach. 
  • A global mindset; you will be running campaigns globally and working closely with team members across US, UK, APAC, and Europe.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to find innovative solutions.
