**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented **Paid Media Manager** with a founder's mentality to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our paid media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive demand, and boost revenue across various channels and geographies (US/EU/Israel/Asia). You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying, prioritizing, and executing innovative campaigns and experiments that fuel our rapid expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to generate demand and drive revenue globally.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (PPC, paid social, display ads, etc.).
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
- Build and manage a scalable growth machine that supports constant, iterative testing throughout the funnel.
- Use data-driven insights to craft strategies for lead acquisition and conversion.
- Contribute to the hiring and development of a high-performing growth team.
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in a fast-growing B2B startup or high-performance environment (experience in the AI/ML space is a plus).
- Proven track record of running successful paid media campaigns that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with growth hacking and a passion for experimenting with new strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
