Property Manager (or Senior Property Manager) – Birmingham / Hybrid - £38 – 45k + BenefitsWe’re working with an impressive, independent, multi-office managing agent whose work relating to Building/Fire Safety has seen them experience exponential portfolio growth year on year.As a result, they are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager (or Senior Property Manager) as follows:
- Working part home based, reporting into a Birmingham office as required
- Managing a small, local portfolio of well run blocks (varying in size and type)
- Undertaking the full range of property management duties with excellent in-house support
- Visiting sites often, providing a visible presence and ensuring maintenance, repairs and major works are undertaken promptly
- Providing a quality led and fully accountable service to residents at all times
- QUBE proficiency beneficial but not essential
- Ideally suited to those looking to move away from corporate environments
