Vacancy
They are looking for an exceptional Rural Property/Agriculture & Estates Solicitor to join their highly ranked team within their Private client department at Senior Associate level.
This Rural Property/Agriculture & Estates Solicitor role will encompass every aspect of Rural Land and Business, such as land sale and purchase to agricultural tenancies, preserving and protecting mineral rights, tidal river schemes, easements between neighbours and multi-million-pound development projects.
Their trusted client base includes sizeable, landed estates, families and trusts, private and commercial investors as well UHNW individuals and institutional and landowner groups.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a market leading private client department, with the team head ranked as a L500 Hall of Fame lawyer for agriculture and rural affairs.
Requirements
Experience working at a market leading Private Client Firm in London or regionally
Strong experience of Rural Property/Agriculture & Estates
Qualified Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate) with between 5 - 10 years' PQE
