The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Private Client Solicitor to join our client's esteemed team. This role is ideal for individuals at the Newly Qualified (NQ) level, as well as those with more experience, who are looking to advance their careers within a forward-thinking and client-focused firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney. Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and efficiency. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive and integrated legal solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in Private Client law and apply this knowledge to your work.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a focus on Private Client law. Newly Qualified (NQ) candidates are encouraged to apply, though applications from more experienced solicitors are also welcomed. Strong academic background and a genuine interest in Private Client law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships. A proactive and client-focused approach to your work, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload effectively.
