Position: Private Client Solicitor (Court of Protection)

Salary Range: £42,000 - £58,000

Location: City of London

A prestigious Top Tier Legal 500 firm is seeking a junior Private Client Solicitor to join their accomplished Private Client team, focusing on Court of Protection and deputyship matters. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with high-net-worth clients and be part of a firm recognized for its significant contributions to the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Court of Protection applications and providing assistance in deputyship matters with substantial support.
  • Working collaboratively with senior attorneys and partners on complex Court of Protection cases involving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Contributing to the growth and management of the Private Client Team.
  • Participating in client development initiatives and marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A proven background in a reputable law firm (NQ - 3 years PQE preferred, but more experienced candidates are welcome).
  • Experience in financial Court of Protection matters, particularly in deputyship applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for direct interaction with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
