The Live In Care Company

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team at The Live In Care Company. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and market share within the live in care industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working in business development and/or marketing for a live in care provider.
- Proven record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans specifically focused on live in care services.
- Expertise with lead generation, relationship building, and sales conversion within the live in care industry.
- Strong understanding of the live-in care market and its target audience including familiarity with local authorities, Solicitors, case managers and financial deputies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analysis.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A creative mind with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media) for promoting live in care services.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders/clients/referral partners.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and passion for live in care.
Responsibilities:
- Help to develop and implement a comprehensive business development and marketing strategy to achieve new client acquisition goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth within the live in care industry.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, events) to promote the benefits of live in care.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted marketing initiatives focused on reaching potential live in care clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals who can connect clients with our live in care services.
- Create compelling marketing materials and content that resonate with the target audience seeking live in care solutions.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in live-in care and marketing
