Nid yw eich cefndir, boed yn gyhoeddus neu breifat, yn bwysig i ni gymaint â'ch gwerthfawrogiad o'r ardal y maent yn gweithredu ynddi, sef Merthyr Tudful, yn ogystal â deall agweddau cymdeithasol, economaidd ac amgylcheddol ehangach a'u heriau fel cymdeithas dai.
Rydym yn agored i sgyrsiau gydag aelodau profiadol o'r bwrdd NEU gallai hwn fod yn gais cyntaf ar gyfer y bwrdd. Rydym yn chwilio am unigolyn gyda meysydd arbenigol penodol i fanteisio ar y busnes ac i sicrhau bwrdd cytbwys a amrywiol, yn yr achos hwn:

Rhaid i chi ddeall beth mae'n ei olygu i fod ar fwrdd sefydliad ymrwymedig, sy'n canolbwyntio ar y gymuned, ac yn chwarae fel aelod o dîm yn gweithredu i'r safonau uchaf mewn diwylliant o agored.
Byddai gofynion y swydd hon yn golygu mynychu cyfarfodydd y bwrdd (ar gyfartaledd 8 y flwyddyn). Cynhelir y rhain ar gylch 6 wythnosol fel arfer wyneb yn wyneb. Byddwch yn cael iPad i gael mynediad at y cyfarfodydd. Byddwch hefyd yn cael eich gofyn i fynychu diwrnodau ymaith, sesiynau cyflwyno a hyfforddiant yn ôl yr angen. Ar gyfartaledd, gofynnir ichi ymrwymo 7 awr y mis i'r gymdeithas.
Mae'r swyddi hyn yn wirfoddol. Os ydych wedi bod yn aelod o'r bwrdd o'r blaen, byddwch yn deall gwerth bod ar fwrdd. Os ydych yn ystyried gwneud cais am y tro cyntaf, bydd bod ar fwrdd yn rhoi profiad uniongyrchol i chi o reoli risg, gosod gweledigaeth strategol ac ymgadw. Byddwch yn gallu datblygu eich sgiliau arweinyddiaeth eich hun drwy ddysgu oddi wrth eraill, sefydlu a thyfu eich rhwydwaith a dysgu sut mae busnesau eraill yn gweithredu.
Fel cyflogwr ac arddwr gwasanaethau tai, rydym yn ymroddedig i fynd i'r afael â gwahaniaethu a lleihau anfantais. Rydym yn aelodau o tai pawb sy'n ymdrechu i hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb a chyfiawnder cymdeithasol mewn tai yng Nghymru ac wedi ymrwymo i'u hymrwymiad, Ni Llafurio Ni Llythyrau i ddod â gwahaniaeth rhywiaethol i ben mewn tai. Rydym hefyd wedi cyflawni'r wobr QED (Ansawdd mewn Cydraddoldeb ac Amrywiaeth) trwy ddangos ein hymrwymiad i gydraddoldeb ac amrywiaeth.
Rydym yn arbennig o awyddus i annog a chroesawi ceisiadau gan ymgeiswyr Du, Asiaidd, Etnig Lleiafrifoedd, Anabledd, cenedlaethau amrywiol a chandidataid LGBTQIA+.
