The Role

Looking for a Hotel Management role that just a little bit different? We are looking for an extraordinary Hotel Manager to join our vibrant Cumberland team This is a key role in a flagship property, providing support to the GM and team across the hotel.

You will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day operations within Front of House, F&B (incl. M&E Operations, Kitchen, Security, and outsourced Housekeeping), developing a high performing and engaged team to optimise customer satisfaction, revenue and profit. Accountable for guest and team engaement and satisfaction, people will be your priority, as will being an ambassador for our brand and company values.

What we look for

This is not a role for a first time Hotel Manager - we are looking for previous experience in a similar lifestyle property, where you have been responsible for multiple department managers, successfully delivering both people and revenue targets. Previous experience in volume casual dining would be desireable, as would previous experience of growing brands. In addition, we would like you to be able to demonstrate:
