The Quality Service Manager will take the lead in developing a strong partnership with customers and ensure that regular communication with nominated key customer managers and clinical staff is maintained and ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure that the organisation consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
You will lead the implementation of effective service delivery and customer care initiatives, ensuring that service levels are consistently met and exceeded.
You will drive continuous improvement efforts across the organisation, analysing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance quality and service.
You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents, and to record the findings on the relevant forms
To recommend and implement control measures and advise on the standards of P.P.E. issued to employeesWhat do they offer?
