About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for Flexible Early Years Assistant to join our team's in Southend and Shoeburyness.
The Early Years Alliance has 3 nurseries located within Southend-Shoeburyness, these are Centre Place, Cockleshell and Shoebury, all rated Good by Ofsted and average 9.9 on day nurseries.

The role will be supporting all 3 settings and will require a commitment to travel between them as required.
We are looking for a Flexible Early Years Assistant who will offer our children high quality inclusive early years education and care. As a Flexible Early Years Assistant you would support us on a flexible basis to suit the needs of the nurseries.

Requirements:
Successful applicants will need:
Previous experience with young children, a friendly, flexible approach.
Willingness to undertake training leading to a recognised childcare qualification.
Also, you will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.
