Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Corporate Operations Business Partner to join our dynamic team for a 12-month parental leave cover, with a strong possibility of extension to 14 months. This role is pivotal in transforming our facilities management function into a seamless regional business partnership. You will drive holistic collaboration across Corporate Operations and work closely with senior stakeholders to solve complex challenges, delivering significant impact in alignment with business imperatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with site leadership teams, ensuring Corporate Operations supports the business strategy and growth.
  • Coordinate with regional and corporate teams to deliver services such as security, environmental health & safety (EH&S), workplace design, employee experience, and real estate management.
  • Develop and manage rolling 3-year site strategic plans, including headcount projections, usage forecasts, and lease management.

Employee Experience & Insights:

  • Implement user experience strategies to enhance the on-site experience for employees and visitors.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and refine the site experience.
  • Gather feedback from employees and visitors to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Generate new ideas for program enhancement, utilizing employee feedback, observations, and industry benchmarking.

Site Operations:

  • Serve as the primary Corporate Operations liaison for site stakeholders, coordinating across functions such as Real Estate, EH&S, and Corporate Security.
  • Oversee daily vendor services to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Partner with the Supplier Relationship Manager to implement the regional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, maintaining an ‘audit-ready’ state.
  • Manage site and regional budgets, collaborating with finance teams for accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee environmental, health & safety, security, and key vendor relationships across the region.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex environment.
  • Strong motivation for operational excellence with the ability to lead significant change.
  • Proven ability to manage challenging demands from senior business leaders, providing timely and effective solutions.
