The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with the vision, creativity, and experience to take social presence to the next level. The Role

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the brand's mission to transform how they engage with audiences. Your task? Develop a lifestyle-driven approach to social media that goes beyond product marketing and forges genuine cultural connections.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Social Strategy Development: Create and execute a visionary social strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's bold brand values and tone of voice.
  • Content Leadership: Curate and oversee all editorial content, delivering consistent, high-quality messaging across platforms.
  • Cultural Engagement: Spot opportunities to immerse the brand in the zeitgeist—proactively and reactively connecting us with the right moments, audiences, and trends.
  • Campaign Support: Integrate social media strategy into broader brand campaigns, tailoring content to fit each channel while maximising impact.
  • Insights and Trends: Leverage audience insights, social listening, and emerging trends to inform decisions and keep them ahead of the curve.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to showcase the measurable impact of social media on business objectives.
  • Crisis Management: Be the go-to leader for managing social challenges with confidence and professionalism.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team, setting objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
