About the role
Are you committed to providing young people with the best education?
Do you have a passion for sport/PE and strong classroom management strategies?
As a highly engaging Cover Teacher of PE, you will provide consistent PE cover to all year groups within Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3/4).
We have short-term day-to-day cover, short and long-term roles available within a range of secondary schools across Trafford and Greater Manchester.
You will have the opportunity to work regularly at a school, building strong working relationships with both staff and students.
The Sport/PE Cover Teacher role would be suitable for Sports Coaches, those working towards a teaching qualification, ECTs or experienced PE Teachers .
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Sports Coach/PE Cover Supervisor you will:
Have a degree or equivalent education.
Be a natural leader with the confidence to guide a lesson in the teacher's absence.
Have experience of supporting young people in either a sports coaching, mentor or similar role.
Able to provide suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK
