You will place great importance on customer care, facility standards and will contribute to financial and strategic targets.

You will work as part of a Team and assist in managing the Food and Beverage department reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager working on a variety of projects to develop the Food and Beverage offering

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
1 x years of supervisory experience.

1 x Years Catering and Hospitality experience

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING**:

- Strong Supervisory skills in order to lead and motivate an existing and established, hardworking team to develop ideas.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
- Ability to coach team members in learning the same skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to organise multiple projects; manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards.
- Ability to run with a pro-active and ambitious attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise needs.
- Proven time management and negotiation skills.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Identifying additional sales and marketing opportunities.
- Ensuring customer service excellence is consistently delivered, and revenues and profitability are maximised.
- Assisting with recruiting, training, coaching and developing the Team.
- Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and competition, to ensure Planet Ice meets all demands.
- Assisting with Event evenings and working alongside Team Member in variety of areas

**Weekend/Evening availability is essential**

**Salary**: £5.50-£10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

- Driving Licence (preferred)
