Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team.

As a Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals and help them develop their skills in various sports.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and instruction in various sports disciplines
• Develop training programs and practice sessions to enhance athletes' skills
• Evaluate athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Create a positive and supportive environment for athletes to thrive
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among athletes
• Plan and organize team practices, competitions, and events
• Ensure the safety of athletes during training sessions and competitions
• Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and staff members to coordinate team activities

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in sports coaching
• Ability to effectively educate and communicate with athletes of all ages
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire athletes
• Strong organizational skills to plan practices, competitions, and events
• Ability to provide constructive feedback for skill development
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of individuals

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

£30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
