We are now recruiting for a Project Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects, managing client expectations, and protecting our commercial interests.
As a Project Manager, you will:
* Manage a team to ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
* Be an expert and provide guidance and direction to ensure operational excellence.
* Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan.
* Manage project in line with CDM regulations and ensure health and safety is managed on site.
* Support the overall programming and planning of the build.
* Manage groundworks and internal fit out.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure that contracts are delivered in accordance with project agreements and best practice.
* Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports.
* Manage and Track project budget and agree variations with Clients throughout project.
* Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, business managers, designers, carpenters, and site crews.
* Ensure the highest standards of work and safety on-site.
* Manage and communicate safe systems of work for our site teams.

Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CAD.
* Ability to read, interpret, and process technical information and drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
* Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Experience in Construction Management is essential
* HNC (Construction) and SMSTS qualifications are beneficial, but we offer support to obtain these.
* Interest in Green Oak Framing, Timber Framing and Modern Methods of Construction.
