The role:

We are seeking a project advisor to assist the project manager with Solar PV and Battery storage installations. This role requires a team player who will work with clients, contractors, employed installers and scaffolders to build relationships. Within a typical day in our installations department, you will be reviewing projects and liaising with clients and with other departments to satisfy orders. We are looking for people like you to join a company long-term and to provide exceptional levels of customer service to our clients, promoting a market-leading service within the solar and battery installation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations: Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and potentially lead to future business opportunities.

Documentation and Reporting: Keeping detailed project documentation, including reports, progress updates, change orders, and other project-related information. Providing regular status reports to senior management for invoicing.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, lessons learned from previous projects, and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

In addition to these responsibilities, staying current with industry trends, technological advancements, and certifications related to solar PV and battery installations will also be important to ensure your projects are successful and meet industry standards

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Previous customer service experience
• Good phone manner
