About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's home provider seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to set up and lead a new EBD and LD home in Chorley. This is a rare chance to shape and develop a new home from the ground up, bringing your vision and expertise to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the establishment and management of a new EBD and LD children's home.
Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Recruit, lead, and support a team of care professionals.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practices.
Create a nurturing and supportive environment for children and staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
In-depth knowledge of OFSTED regulations and standards.
Experience with EBD and mild to moderate LD is highly desirable.
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
