We have an exciting Job opportunity for Business Change Manager (SC Cleared)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of our organization's current business processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and determine objectives for transformation projects.
- Utilize various analytical techniques such as process mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Perform impact analysis to determine the potential effects of proposed changes on business operations.
- Lead business change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, change planning, and communication strategies.
- Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and change transition.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making recommendations for improvement as necessary
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Proficient in using business analysis software and tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
