Tasks
* Working together as part of a team to provide the best support to customers whilst maximising the efficiency.
* Quote and process orders
* Attend update meetings with the Shipping teams
* Provide information via email and phones to customers and engineers.
* Provide customer quotations, order processing and order acknowledgements.
* Ensure all customer requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
* Deal with invoicing and all administration surrounding the aftermarket sales.
Essential Skills
*
Ability to digest technical information, so a keenness to learn and to be part of the team is essential
* Organised and efficient - with the ability to multitask.
* Ability to manage own workload and drive results. Be proactive in assisting others
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good general communication skills - able to communicate effectively at all levels.
