The role:nAs Junior Quality Assurance Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of this organisation's travel tech products. You will be collaborating closely with the development and product teams, testing software applications, identifying bugs, and advocating for exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :nExecute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to ensure software quality.nConduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system functionalities.nDocument and prioritise defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.nContinuously improves testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements:nUnderstanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.nUnderstanding of Agile methodologiesnKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processesnExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.nPassion for travel and technology is highly desirable.nSome experience / understanding of Automation testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.

Preferred but not essential:nUnderstanding of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScriptnBasic knowledge of API testing tools and techniquesnExperience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla
