The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a PMO Lead?

This is a newly formed position within our client's organisation, and is a fantastic opportunity where you will be at the forefront of establishing and guiding this new function

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and guidelines.
  • Implement and manage project management software to streamline workflows.
  • Define project management processes aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams in the use of tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of project documentation.
  • Lead training sessions to educate project teams on best practices.

What are we looking for in our next PMO Lead?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) APM certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in project management with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency in Risk Management software.
