Join Our Team as an ERP Functional analyst

Are you an experienced IFS HCM professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are expanding our ERP Delivery team and are on the lookout for a knowledgeable and proactive IFS HCM expert to join us. If you have a deep understanding of the IFS HCM Module (minimum Apps 10) and its application in business processes, we want to hear from you

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will apply your expertise to support the global rollout of our HCM system (IFS Cloud), provide ongoing 3rd line support, and play a pivotal role in its continuous improvement. Your efforts will ensure the smooth operation of our IFS HCM processes, enhancing benefits for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HCM delivery team to ensure successful implementation for our 3000+ users.
Work closely with project teams during the introduction of new features, modules, or upgrades.
Provide expert 3rd line support for IFS HCM Cloud system issues, including investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex problems.
Engage with partners to understand requirements, solve issues, and develop effective solutions.
Lead knowledge transfer initiatives and upskill 1st and 2nd line support teams.
Document processes, solutions, and system modifications.
Offer insights and recommendations for system improvements based on user feedback and personal expertise.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Demonstrable experience with IFS HCM Module Apps 10 or Cloud systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for resolving complex system issues.
Good communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
A proactive, independent professional who can manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
