Duties and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our New Build team in providing expert financial advice and guidance to clients seeking mortgage solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting clients with mortgage applications and ensuring they secure the best possible mortgage deals. Duties: - Offer professional mortgage advice to clients, guiding them through the mortgage process from application to completion. - Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage recommendations. - Liaise with lenders, new build developers and surveyors on behalf of clients to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions. - Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and regulations within the financial services industry. - Provide excellent customer service by responding to client queries promptly and efficiently. Experience: - Previous experience in mortgage advisory roles neede, new build experience is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of basic maths principles is essential for calculating mortgage rates and payments accurately. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely. - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Job Type: Full Time - Self Employed - OTE £85,000

Work Location: Hybrid - Abergavenny

Experience and qualifications

CeMAP qualification required along with 2yrs experience. Previous experience in New Build would be advantageous.
