An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and creative Head of Marketing (maternity cover) to join the Sales & Marketing team working across multiple properties including Royal Lancaster London and 15 Basil Street.

As our Head of Marketing - Maternity cover, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

- To develop and execute the hotel and restaurants & bars marketing and PR activity

- Lead the continuous implementation of each individual brand guidelines, ensuring each brand story is consistent across all channels, both online and offline.

- Plan, devise and execute successful marketing campaigns for all aspects of the business

- Liaise closely with the Director of Revenue and Director Of Sales & Marketing to identify commercial initiatives, packages and promotions

- Manage external PR company to maximise the relationship and press coverage

- Manage the digital marketing agency to grow, optimise and expand the brand online and generate revenue

- Explore partnerships with local businesses and companies that share the same brand values

We are looking for:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality

- Extensive knowledge of London hospitality market and competitor hotels.

- Excellent communication, project management skills, with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

- Experience with content creation / content management systems / PR / design / digital marketing would be a bonus
