You will be required to complete the following tasks;

  • Providing exceptional service to policy holders contacting the Out of Hours services.
  • Raising invoices and contacting third parties where necessary
  • Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
  • Working on large caseloads to ensure we are in line with SLA's
What we're looking for from a Customer Service Advisor;

  • Experience in customer service within a call centre/office environment
  • Previous experience working within the insurance industry would be advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.
Job Details;

  • Full time role 35hrs, shifted between Mondays
  • Sunday.
  • Weekday shifts between 5pm 11pm, weekend shifts 9am 9pm (you'll only work one day over the weekend)
  • Permanent position
  • Training provided
  • Home based role
