PDG Aviation Services is one of the leading aircraft operators in the UK and Ireland. We are currently looking to recruit a permanent full time Receptionist/Administrator at our Inverness Office.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Carry out word processing, filing and computerbased administration
  • Providing administrative support to departments
  • Keeping records and systems up to date
  • Ordering and putting away of office supplies
  • Receiving packages and providing notification to staff of their delivery
  • To carry out any other reasonable requests as instructed by Management

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office systems (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a small team
