We are a well established Award Winning Commercial Laundry Company based in Telford.


As a result of our continued expansion we are seeking talented individuals to join us as a Production Supervisor at our Production facility in Telford.


You will assist the Production Manager in the day-to-day operations of the laundry and providing a safe and productive working environment for the team.


You will work closely with production operators to ensure that processing quality, quantity and service meets the standards we have set ourselves.


You will be an experienced team leader who has already built up relevant knowledge within a production environment or similar giving you the opportunity to share your experience and help the team evolve.


What you will be doing:

  • Leading the team operating industrial laundry machinery
  • Sorting têxtiles into categories
  • Packing beautifully clean linen

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Production Manager with daytoday operational issues, to ensure the smooth running of the Laundry. Including training operators on processes in a safe manner (in line with company policies).
  • Ensure that excellent customer service is maintained by completing the required production units in a timely manner and to a satisfactory quality whilst focusing and recording on the relevant KPI's of the business.
  • Monitor linen and other regular stock checks and supply accurate information.
  • Responsible for general cleanliness and other housekeeping duties including the outside yard area.
  • Adhere to strictest confidentiality standards with regards to all company financial, salary and HR matters.
  • Team workers who engage with their staff and abide and lead the process
  • Capability to understand and operate machinery all training will be provided
