Position Overview

Major Recruitment Telford is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. This role involves managing a team of operators on a packing line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of operators, ensuring they meet defined performance and behavioral standards.
  • Monitor and document the performance of the production line.
  • Assist the management team in achieving shift KPIs and promptly address any operational issues.
  • Accurately complete all quality control documentation.

Maintain 100% compliance with food safety regulations, quality assurance, and safety protocols. Proficiency in using computer systems and IT equipment is essential.

Qualifications
