Job Purpose
To carry out a wide range of secretarial/administrative tasks and to support a number of capital development projects within the company
Main Responsibilities
Duties will be some or all of the following as required.
- Word processing.
- Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
- Dealing with general enquiries.
- Maintaining diaries.
- Servicing meetings.
- Sorting and processing information.
- Dealing with requests for information.
- Making appointments
- Filing
- Dealing with telephone calls.
- Photocopying/faxing.
- Minute taking
- Providing project administrative support
- Any other secretarial or administrative duties which may arise.
OR 2 years experience in a clerical/administrative role
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word
