**MPA Recruitment are working with SHSCT in the Armagh area to hire a HRPTS OM & System Access Team Assistant Band 3 Full Time based in St Luke’s Hospital Site, Armagh (with home working balance).**

**JOB SUMMARY**

The post holder will support the HRPTS OM & System Access Officers, Senior HRPTS OM & System Access Officers and HRTPS System Manager in relation to the Human Resources, Payroll, Travel & Subsistence (HRPTS) system. This will include HRPTS Organisational Management (OM) maintenance and HRPTS Systems Access support.

They will provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on a range of OM and System Access issues.

**KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**

**HRPTS System Access**

1. Processing of New Starts, Additional Organisational Assignments, Rehires and User ID swaps and setting Passwords and User ID’s for same.

2. Raise any Consolidated Service ID (CSID)/User ID queries with ICT for resolution as necessary.

3. Delimiting Leavers access, on a timely basis.

4. Dealing with HRPTS password reset and login queries, and supporting staff members to log tickets on Ivanti (the Trust Incident Management System).

5. Reset HRPTS passwords in HRPTS SAP Gui adhering to Data Protection protocols and communicating to users in a timely manner. This will include using the ICT Ivanti ticket system logged by users.

6. Deal professionally with telephone/face to face enquiries from staff within the Trust, those outside the Trust, and members of the public, and in accordance with team protocols.

8. Maintain Application Professional Licences on Client 900 for leavers, internal transfers, maternity leave, long term sick leave etc.

**Qualifications / Experience Required (**_**as per Personnel Specification**_**)**

1. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role **OR** 2 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role.

2. Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel or equivalent.

**37.5 hours a week**

**Monday - Friday 9am-5pm**

**12 months initially**

**Salary**: From £11.11 per hour
