Customer Service Administrator

What you'll do on a typical day:
Actively maintain the daily running and delivery report and ensure weekly KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner Create and monitor rebooks and returns, determining costings to all parties including additional costing and demurrage Initiate regular dialogue with third party providers to ensure that deliveries are meeting booking requirements Effectively deal with day-to-day queries from customers and third-party providers and record any discrepancies and complete transport administration tasks to ensure accurate weekly accounts Accurately administer and control all returned stock and collections in accordance with customers' expectationsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous customer service experience along with a friendly, calm and resilient manner Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and telephone communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar Good MS Excel skills and systems ability-
