Operational Administrator - Be the Key to Exceptional Customer Service

Uniserve is seeking a highly organized and motivated Operational Administrator to join our Key Account Management team at our Northampton facility.
In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer service for our valued clients. You'll leverage your administrative expertise and strong communication skills to provide seamless support and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Key Account Management: Assist the team with administrative tasks related to customer accounts, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring reports and KPI packs are prepared meticulously for customer reviews.

Logistics Liaison: Bridge the communication gap between the Key Account Management team and warehouse departments, fostering collaboration and smooth workflow.

Commitment to Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training opportunities to develop your skillset and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience within a fastpaced logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a customerfacing environment and adapt to change.
  • Proven problemsolving skills with exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain excellent organization, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute across the broader W&T Commercial Team.
