Opened in 1962, Close House has grown over the years to accommodate 23 elderly residents with nursing and residential needs.

Our ethos is to provide excellent personalised care in a homely environment.

Accountable to:
Manager, Nurse in Charge, Senior Care Assistant.


Main Roles and Responsibilities
Support the Nurse in Charge and Senior Care Assistants to carry out high quality personalised care.


Act as a positive advocate for the service and work with the team to provide the best standard of care.

Actively contribute to developing and improving the service.

Assist our residents with daily tasks such as personal care, feeding, activities etc.

Treat our residents with kindness and compassion.

Key attributes:

Ability to work as a team.

Have good communication skills.

Good timekeeping skills.
