Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about providing exceptional care to individuals in need.

Flexible contracts are available, including options for 24, 36, and 42 hours per week. Shifts can be scheduled during the day from 8am to 8pm or at night from 8pm to 8am, with both options requiring alternate weekend work.

Daily Duties

  • Deliver personalized care using a flexible approach tailored to the needs of each individual.
  • Provide emotional and physical support, offering guidance and encouragement.
  • Understand the unique needs of each person and assist them in the most effective manner.
  • Support medical and welfare requirements as necessary.
  • Document medical and welfare needs accurately.
  • Ensure safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
