We offer flexible contracts of 24, 36, and 42 hours, with options for both day and night shifts. Day shifts run from 8am to 8pm, while night shifts are from 8pm to 8am, with both schedules requiring alternate weekend work.

Daily Responsibilities
- Provide enhanced care with a tailored learning approach for all individuals.
- Offer guidance and encouragement through both physical and emotional support.

- Support with medical and welfare requirements.
- Document medical and welfare needs as necessary.
- Ensure safeguarding practices are followed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all individuals.
