Knowledge and understanding of child development and of how children interact.

Understanding of children's and family's needs and of the multi-cultural society we live in, Knowledge and ability of how to be motivated and organised.

Ability to plan and implement a programme of activities, to review and evaluate practice in the play-setting.

We offer you, SSSC paid registration, full induction, support, mentoring and guidance. Planned and organised training and opportunities to attain additional qualifications. Formal supervision and appraisal systems are in place.

£11.26-£12.36 per hour
