- Telephone answering
- Opening and scanning post, dealing with any open items and passing to relevant person
- Organising diaries
- Dealing with suppliers and ordering stationery
- Welcoming clients and organising tea/coffee etc for meetings
- Dealing with couriers and sending out post
- Contacting IT support / landlord agents to deal with any office related issues
- Keep marketing lists up to date
- Assisting with social media
- Liaising with HMRC for client related tasks
- Updating central workpaper file documents
- Setting up US workpaper PDF files
- Updating client tracker
- Preparing engagement letters
- Downloading clients' documents from ShareFile
- New client set up
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience within a client services/ administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Previous experience completing client checks through HMRC would be an advantage
