  • Are you ready to pioneer change in a dynamic environment? Everest is seeking a Business Change Subject Matter Expert to join our new Business Change team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to help further build out a Business Change function and make a tangible impact on our growing company. It would suit an individual looking to get their 'hands dirty' and really grow and develop in the role.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Operations with all Operations related change activities including extracting business requirements for ease of translation into technology solution delivery requirements.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Lead business requirement gathering, prioritisation, and analysis for Operationsrelated change activities.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and management across all levels, ensuring clear communication and relationshipbuilding.
  • Collaborate with UK & Ireland teams and international colleagues to deliver impactful change initiatives.
  • Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs, leveraging your expertise in underwriting operations processes.
  • Implement industry best practices and standards for business analysis, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Requirements:
  • Business Analyst experience, ideally within the Financial Industry.
  • Knowledge of the London insurance market is a significant advantage.
  • Experience and Knowledge of systems lifecycle concepts used to plan, develop, implement, operate and maintain IT systems/services.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for business analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in matrix management within insurance/financial services.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Stakeholder management is key, working independently and as part of a wider matrix team.
  • Desirable qualification: CII Certification.
