Wild are working alongside a well-known and sought after company, working as an Accounts Assistant

  • Cashier on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only work for a good company, but also gain experience in a role that can offer a chance to develop on your skill set.


As an Accounts Assistant - Cashier, you will be supporting the credit manager cash posting, administrative tasks, bank reconciliations and sales invoicing.


Day to Day Tasks:

  • Daily posting of all incoming receipts
  • Prepare daily banking and filing all documents
  • Create daily reports for the sales administration department
  • Generate monthly direct debit collections
  • Reconcile company bank accounts
  • Create monthly reports and nominal ledger journals
  • Assist with allocating payments with accounts
  • Support the finance team with month end reporting
  • Assist with organising the post

  • Experience working within an accounting role
  • Good excel skills
  • Experience working to deadlines
  • Flexible working hours towards the end of the month
  • Experience working within an office environment
  • Capable of working in high pressured environments
