Looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a nursing home near Weybridge, in Surrey.
As a Registered Manager, your role is vital in ensuring top-notch care standards for our residents, especially those with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
- Create and execute customized care plans for residents, focusing on dementia care.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment that upholds residents' well-being and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and external bodies to enhance overall care quality.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Proven background in nursing home management, particularly in dementia care.

- A Nurse pin is preferred but not mandatory.
