About The Role

Applicants will:

  • Have knowledge of CQC standards & other relevant legislation.
  • Have experience of managing a Care Home
  • Ideally holds a current or has previously held NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • Must have a strong understanding and proven track record of care service and delivery within a nursing home
  • Possess (or be working towards) QCF Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Have previous experience working with the frail elderly and those with dementia.
  • Be an effective communicator and proactive team player.
  • Have great organisational ability, together with good IT, administrative, literacy and numeracy skills.


All new staff are given industry standard induction training, to include health and safety, manual handling and food hygiene and will be encouraged to continue their professional training.
