We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating memorable stays for our guests.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Managing reservations and ensuring accurate checkins and checkouts.
  • Providing information to guests about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with prompt and courteous service.
  • Operating the hotel's reservation and checkin systems with precision.
  • Coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using hotel reservation and property management systems.
  • A dedication to delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
