My client is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead and assist in the management of their vibrant Front of House team, including casual staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and active involvement in the service of food and beverages at various high-profile events.
  • Recruiting and managing the rosters of casual waiting staff.
  • Ensuring that all catering rooms are impeccably set up and services are delivered punctually.
  • Adherence to and enforcement of all relevant policies and legislation, including Food Safety, Health and Safety, and COSHH.
  • Conducting quality checks in service areas to guarantee the highest standards.
  • Developing the team's skills to enhance customer service for both internal and external guests.
  • Managing the department's efficiency, including staff scheduling, ordering of supplies, and economical use of resources.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
