Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Cambridge. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

The Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers and kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience. You will be the point of contact for customer queries and concerns, and will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of servers and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed
