The Job:
- Supporting all aspects of the supply chain team including customer service, logistics, planning and procurements.
- Inputting, reporting and analysing data to works towards site KPIs
- Communicating internally with Ops, food safety, finance and acct managers and externally with suppliers and customers, working together to maintain excellent customer service
- Creating quotes and sending to customers or accounts mangers
- Checking invoices against purchase orders daily
- Handling queries relating to exports and imports
This role is the key link in the communication of planned and actual customer orders, both internally and with customers.
- Regular communication with customers to chase expected orders.
- Communication with Sales Support Manager on customer issues.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment, a can do attitude and wants to progress further.
Full training on our systems and procedures will be given.
