Your new role
You'll new role as HR Coordinator will support the wider HR team and HR Manager on all generalist matters. You'll provide a first point of contact advice service best practice and company policies. You'll have the opportunity to support on projects and playa vital part in the upkeep on the HR function.

You'll be responsible for all HR admin including managing absences, recruitment, payroll, return to work and inductions for new starters.

You will support the HR Advisor on preparing formal letters, absence reviewsand be part of investigation and disciplinary meetings.

  • Be the first point of contact for ER queries
  • Supporting the end to end recruitment process.
  • Support the upkeep of policies and procedures in line with employment law

What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous experience working in a HR role at admin level or above. This role is suited to someone who is looking for the opportunity to progress in their HR career. Being CIPD qualified will be beneficial but not required as this can be supportedthrough your employment.

This is busy, fast-paced environment so being agile in your work and having the ability to be resourceful will be needed.
